Interpretation booths will be installed at the particular room or conference hall of the venue. The configuration of each booth will be: L 6' x B 5' x H 6'.

Each booth will have two monitor boxes and two headsets to enable the interpreter to listen to the original language being relayed from the dais or the floor. Participants can have access to the interpretation in the desired by switching over to channel 1,2, 3.

One portable stand microphone with ON and OFF switch will be provided in each booth. It is flexible and omni-directional to facilitate change in direction during interpretation. The stand microphone has two indicator lights - Red and Green. The Red indicates that the microphone is OFF and the Green indicates the ON position. The interpreters themselves will handle and control the microphones as necessary.

Each participant will be provided with a set of 3-channel monitor, which includes a headset with individual volume control and a selector switch.

Since all monitors are wire- connected, participants will each have to use a table.

The organizer of the conference will mange necessary interpreters.

P.A. system with 5-6 mikes and one lapel mike will be provided for the conference.

Audio recording on cassettes can also be managed, if required.

OHP & Slide Projectors with stand-screen will also be provided, if required.

Additional conference microphones and cordless mikes can also be provided at extra cost.

LCD Multimedia projector can also be proved at extra cost.

Telephone hybrid mixer for relay will also be provided at extra cost.
